Tema Fuel Company is the operator of a tank farm Joint Venture between Fueltrade Limited and Glencore Energy UK Limited. The tank farm, commissioned in September 2013, has the following key features:
Capacity: 40,000 MT Gasoil, 40,000 MT Gasoline and 4,000 MT LPG.
Using 5 tanks for bulk fuel products and another 5 for LPG allows for simultaneous receipt and dispatch of products.
9 loading gantry bays across all three products with 1 Billion Litres throughput per month capacity.
The entire tank farm is fully automated from process control to order fulfillment, underpinned by some of the most stringent process safety implementations globally available.
Geogas Trading S.A. is an independently owned LPG trader and shipper specialized in demanding and innovative supply schemes all the way from production to bottling plant. Geogas was established in 1979 and rapidly became the largest independently owned LPG trader and shipper, moving about 5.5 million tons annually. Geogas has always emphasized keeping a worldwide, global and long-term approach to its trading:
Worldwide: Geogas has term business on all 5 continents and has developed strong distribution networks in the Americas and Caribbean, West Coast Africa, North West Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Far East, Australia and Pacific Islands.
Global: Geogas is active on all types of markets and currently has a fleet of 40 ships, of which 17 are owned and the rest Time Chartered.
Long-term: Geogas enjoys very long-term contractual relationship with most of its customers.
Is a Joint Venture between Total Petroleum Ghana Limited and Fueltrade Limited and the operator of a $20m dollar turnkey diesel storage facility of 20,000 MT capacity with a four (4) loading bay facility for both top and bottom loading. It was designed and built per Total Petroleum International Safety standards. The company makes available synergies in the logistic supply chain for Fueltrade and Total Petroleum to meet and exceed their customer requirements for clean fuels. This depot serves the Western Region, specifically the Mines, Oil Rigs and supply vessels servicing the country’s growing Oil Industry. Ghanstock also offers clean and quality fuels to the motoring public. It is opened to safety-vetted 3rd party interests.
Ghanstock Limited storage depot opened for business on the 31st of December, 2015.
Lukoil and Aker Energy are Fueltrade's Upstream partners. Fueltrade currently co-owns the Deepwater Tano Cape Three Points License, offshore Ghana. Seven discoveries have been made in this License and we are currently working towards field development with first oil expected by end 2021.
